I live 18 miles south of Holland, but do work 2 days a week in Holland. I make a point to stop at Simpatico at least on one of those days, going out of my way, for the wonderful coffee, but also for the outstanding service. Proof in point was yesterday, when Emmy waited on me. What a wonderful way to start my day, interacting with this very affable young lady, so pleasant and interested in her customers, as I witnessed her referring to the customer before me by name, then asking me my name before I left. THIS kind of service will always make me go out of my way. And Emmy is not the only one. I have yet to have anyone who wasn't pleasant and interactive. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and coffee! Please keep recognize these wonderful young people, and encourage it in new employees, as it is so very important in today's society.

Best coffee in the world :). Along with that, the friendliest and most enjoyable staff and atmosphere. I recommend to anyone looking for a new local neighborhood coffee shop. Doesn't get more authentic or better than this! Thanks, simpatico for being my go-to pick me up for the last 5 years!!!

One of my top two favorite coffee joints in Holland. I walk from work almost daily when the weather is nice! I absolutely adore most of the baristas. My only drink is the Nitro Cold Brew- when it is made right- it is PERFECT. The cold foam is addicting. The atmosphere is a great place to read, meet with friends, or just hang out.

Service was prompt and friendly both times I visited, drive thru and inside. The atmosphere is lovely and the drinks are top-notch. My new favorite coffee joint in Holland!

Love the baked goods here! Their white chocolate raspberry scone is my all time favorite. The coffee is smooth and delicious (I’m not very picky when it comes to coffee). The staff here has always been very friendly and welcoming. I highly suggest checking them out.

Great environment, the nitro cold brew was so creamy and delicious. I added the coconut flavoring which I recommend. Service was friendly and a great environment. : ) Loved all the plants.

Amazing cozy spot (although could use a little more heat rn - and I understand it’s gonna be closer by the windows). So happy I found this place before I move to Florida.

I desperately needed a little caffeine around 4:30pm and was delighted to discover that the Simpatico drive thru is open til 6! and they have half caf shots?! 🥳 i got a delicious, perfectly hot small Minty Mocha with one shot of half caf and one shot of decaf cuz FREE SHOT FRIDAY. what a great experience
